OUR RETURNS POLICY
Football Australia returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a credit (Refunds are only available if the product is damaged or faulty), We will reimburse you for the shipping cost please contact customer service in regards to reimbursement of shipping cost. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose either the completed Returns form received with your order or a note suggesting the reason for your return including the order number. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note - The above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the Football Australia website, not at any of our physical retail stores.

- Please make sure the item is packed inside a satchel, bag or box. Any items with the label taped on the product box cannot be accepted.
- Customisation: Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty
